  • New applicants connected within 30 working days following payment

  • Keep the water supply system in working order, ensuring safe water every day

  • Respond to all inquiries from water users by the end of next business day

  • Toll-free hotline for easy reporting

  • Respond to supply stoppages within one business day

  • Respond to supply stoppages within 1 business day of alert, and restore flow within 1 day, or at most within two days

How Water Users Can Help Keep Water Reliable

  • Keep your meter, taps, drains and on-site pipework clean and in good working order

  • Fix leaks without delay

  • Immediately report any faults or damage to the main system feeding your meter, including leaks, storm damage, signs of tampering (such as digging into pipe trenches), illegal connections, or other warning signs

  • Ensure your meter is accessible to Whave staff and secure from unauthorised access. You are responsible for its replacement if it is stolen or damaged
