Keep your meter, taps, drains and on-site pipework clean and in good working order
Fix leaks without delay
Immediately report any faults or damage to the main system feeding your meter, including leaks, storm damage, signs of tampering (such as digging into pipe trenches), illegal connections, or other warning signs
Ensure your meter is accessible to Whave staff and secure from unauthorised access. You are responsible for its replacement if it is stolen or damaged
